You may have heard that our co-founder, Keith Villa, had a little something to do with Blue Moon before his Ceria days....well, you're right! Our very own brewmaster has had a long career in beer and Blue Moon was a big part of it. Before starting Ceria Brewing, and after earning his PhD in brewing from the University of Brussels, Keith brought his love of Belgian beers to life in the United States.
