Standard fulfillment time is 2-4 business days from order placement.
We cannot ship to Alaska, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Michigan, or Mississippi because of state restrictions.
States we ship to is subject to change regularly due to local state restrictions, and this list may not be current.
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We understand that items may occasionally be damaged during transit. If you receive damaged items or incorrect items, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of your order being delivered. Please include photos in your email of the product you received.
Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are subject to confirmation of product condition via photo evidence. If a refund is requested, refunds will be issued electronically, and a confirmation email will be sent after photos are received.
**NOTE: Refunds or replacements will not be processed for damages reported more than 14 days from order delivery date.
